Vianetic Customer Support will contact you to provide the RMA.   If you are returning more items than will fit on this form, please include a separate document listing those items and the reason for return. We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days.

For warranty on defective parts or issues with the backpack, each incidence is reviewed on a case by case basis. There is 5 year warranty on the fabric and zippers and pulls as well as the accessories of the backpack. To file a claim, please also use the form below:
