We’re serious about your satisfaction. That’s why at Vianetic, we value your experience and understand things come up and you may need to return your Vianetic gear.
All returned items must be in brand new, and not in used condition with visible markings and wear. Original tags are required. For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept used items. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date you received it in order to receive a refund.
- Sorry, we do not offer any exchanges.
- Fees such as VAT are non-refundable.
- International orders are FINAL SALES. All customers are responsible for any shipping charges.
- Items purchased via external crowdfunding channels such as kickstarter will be processed less the following: 5% KS fee + 3% CC processing fee + Shipping fees + sales tax or VAT (if any).
- Refunds are provided after receipt of item (tracking info is required).
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days and are credited back to the original credit card on file (less shipping costs).
